Account access
Confirm your email first, then sign in with the same address. If you forget your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
Passport updates
Pull to refresh after reconnecting. Your most recent country selections stay on this device while you are offline, and update once you are back online.
Community standards
Do not post harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, violent threats, scams, spam, or content that violates another person’s rights.
Safety reports
Report a story, comment, place or shown trip with the ••• beside it or at the top of its page, a note on a place with Report under it, and a traveler with Report this traveler on their profile. To report a message, press and hold it. Choose why, including copyright or illegal content. Open a traveler profile to block or unblock that account. Reports are stored privately and reviewed by the 197 team as soon as we can, usually within a day; urgent safety issues come first. If something of yours was hidden, ask for a review from the note on it, or write to us from here.
Delete your account
Open Profile, tap Settings, then choose Delete account and confirm. The action permanently removes your account, associated records and uploaded media. Reported photos and videos are kept privately as evidence for the time the Privacy notice gives.
